ABOUT:

Lake of Kremasta is the biggest artificial lake of Greece, located between the borders of Evrytania and Aitoloakarnania counties. It was created after the construction of Kremasta dam and it gathers the water of Acheloos, Agrafiotis, Trikeriotis and Tavropos (or Megdovas) rivers. A beautiful sunrise, with the mountain range of Panaitoliko in the background, is depicted in this drawing.

Η λίμνη των Κρεμαστών είναι η μεγαλύτερη τεχνητή λίμνη της Ελλάδας, και βρίσκεται στα σύνορα Ευρυτανίας - Αιτωλοακαρνανίας. Δημιουργήθηκε μετά την κατασκευή του φράγματος των Κρεμαστών, και συγκεντρώνει τα νερά των ποταμών Αχελώος, Αγραφιώτης, Τρικεριώτης και Ταυρωπός (ή Μέγδοβας). Στο έργο απεικονίζεται μια πανέμορφη ανατολή, μαζί με τις βουνοκορφές του Πανατωλικού όρους στον ορίζοντα.
